2026 VBS Student Registration Form

Sunnyvale Presbyterian Church 2026 VBS will be June 15-19 from 9 am–12 pm. This year's theme is Operation Restoration! Join us in learning about how our kids can be menders of God's world with daily themes of feed, heal, forgive, pray, and rest. Each day includes crafts, teamwork, worship, and more as we celebrate God’s world!

VBS is for children entering PreK through entering 5th grade. Children entering middle school or higher are invited to be youth counselors and fill out a separate form, available here. If you would like to be an adult volunteer, please fill out the adult volunteer sign up.

Aftercare with Music School
The Music School will be holding an aftercare program following VBS! More information and registration will be released soon.

If there is an emergency and I cannot be reached, Sunnyvale Presbyterian Church has my authorization to secure, at my expense, any unexpected medical, dental, surgical care or hospitalization as deemed necessary for my child.
