Will the CARAVAN participant be traveling with us from the Bay Area or do they plan to join us separately at the mission site?

CARAVAN Deposit & Payment

The total cost of the CARAVAN trip is $850. Full payment is now due. Half and full scholarships are available. ~~We are requesting an initial deposit of $400 with registration. The final payment ($450 per CARAVAN participant) should be made by June 1, 2024.~~ We’ll be sending you a final payment request after initial registration. The cost of this trip includes transportation, visiting organizations, anti-racism training during the trip, leader expenses, lodging, and meals. This trip will be subsidized by the SVPC Youth Ministry CARAVAN fund.

SCHOLARSHIPS: If finances are a hardship, please still sign up! There is a section where you can select a discount within the form. Please contact us (youth@sunnyvalepres.com) for questions about scholarships, but they are offered to anyone, without exception.
